This approach entails drilling into the slab and administering termiticide directly. For optimal protection, we advise incorporating liquid treatment into all new construction projects

A retreat and repair coverage warranty guarantees re-treatment to previously treated areas if active termites re-infest the home. We will inspect and retreat affected areas, and repair any damage caused by the infestation. Damage can only be repaired if caused by an active infestation and termites are present during the inspection. Warranties are contingent upon annual renewal payments, completion of annual inspections, and the timely implementation of booster treatments as necessary for liquid
